Technician
Technicians work as part of a landscape team completing daily tasks on assigned properties. Responsibilities include mowing, trimming, edging, planting, mulching, and other landscape services as directed. Technicians are expected to work efficiently, follow instructions, maintain equipment properly, and uphold Vaughn Lawn Service's quality standards.

Field Manager
Field Managers lead a crew of up to six team members and oversee daily operations on assigned job sites. Responsibilities include directing technicians, ensuring tasks are completed correctly and on schedule, maintaining attention to detail, managing equipment, and communicating job updates. Field Managers are responsible for quality control and maintaining Vaughn Lawn Service's service standards.
